Our Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Local Area Policies guide how our workforce programs are delivered, ensuring consistency and compliance with federal and state requirements. They outline how services are provided, managed, and monitored in our area. In some cases, the local area may elect to formally adopt and follow a corresponding state policy in lieu of creating a separate local version.
We review these policies on a regular basis to maximize their impact and ensure they meet the evolving needs of Stark and Tuscarawas counties.
