The Business Resource Network (BRN) is a collaborative group of partners working together to better understand and respond to the needs of local businesses. By connecting organizations that engage employers, provide workforce programs, and offer related services, the BRN strengthens communication, streamlines referrals, and improves access to the right resources.
The Stark Tuscarawas Workforce Development Board (STWDB) supports the BRN as a convener and system connector — using real-time data and partner collaboration to identify gaps, reduce duplication, and strengthen service delivery. This work helps create a more aligned workforce system that supports business success, expands opportunities for job seekers, and strengthens the local economy.
