Pathways 2 Progress is a workforce reentry initiative serving Stark and Tuscarawas counties. The program supports individuals at the Stark Regional Community Correction Center as they prepare to return to the community, providing guidance, training, and employment support before and after release.

Led locally by the Stark Tuscarawas Workforce Development Board in partnership with the Greater Stark County Urban League and other community partners, the initiative helps individuals build the skills and support system needed to transition successfully into employment and long-term stability.

MUS

Midwest Urban Strategies is the recipient of the Pathway Home 6 Grant, funded by DOL. MUS serves as the fiscal intermediary to the (4) member Workforce Development Board subrecipients for this initiative, providing technical support and programming.

STWDB

Stark Tuscarawas Workforce Development Board serves as a subrecipient to the Pathway Home 6 grant, enabling the board to provide workforce development services to justice-involved individuals transitioning from incarceration to community and employment in Stark and Tuscarawas Counties.

SRCCC

The Pathway Home 6 program serves individuals who are Stark County Community Correctional Facility residents, who are returning home to Stark or Tuscarawas Counties.

GSCUL

The Greater Stark County Urban League (GSCUL) serves as the selected service delivery partner, leading both pre- and post-release programming efforts.
