I am the Vice President of Human Resources with The Aultman Health System. My experience base is broad with expertise in Accounting, Management, Leadership, Education & Development and Human Resources. I have over 30 years of experience working in the finance, service, manufacturing and healthcare industries with the last 26 years at Aultman Health System as a Benefits Director, Associate Vice President and currently now serving as a Vice President of Human Resources. I have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, as well as an MBA with a minor in Management from Walsh University. I am a life-long resident of Stark County where I have raised my three children. I am an enthusiastic member of the community and focused on supporting many organizations including the Stark Tuscarawas Workforce Development Board and the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation.
I was inspired to get involved with the Board because I really enjoy learning about how community resources can partner with employers to develop effective programming for the workforce in our local communities and for the future.
Upskilling, innovative partnerships and programming that keeps talent in our local community and providing/aligning resources and opportunities for our community members to be positioned well for the future of the workforce are some of the workforce challenges I feel most passionate about addressing.
Outside of work, I enjoy outside recreational activities, and spending time with my children and family.
