Lauren Dalesandro is a Canton, Ohio native with extensive experience in the healthcare industry. She has worked with Cleveland Clinic since December 2018 and played a key role in the 2021 integration of Mercy Medical Center into Cleveland Clinic, supporting HR policy alignment, systems integration, and caregiver experience. Lauren served as Director of HR Services at Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital, focusing on HR strategy and alignment.
As of June 2025, Lauren transitioned to her role as Director of HR Services at Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital, where she continues to drive meaningful change while fostering a supportive and engaging workplace culture. New to Tuscarawas County, she has made it her mission to gain a deeper understanding of its people, culture, and workforce needs.
She currently resides in her hometown of Canton, where she is a proud dog mom and volunteers with the Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Festival.
