I’m the Training Director for the Canton Electrical Apprenticeship and a proud, long-time member of the IBEW. My job is to ensure our program is the gold standard for electrical construction. From the classroom to the job site, I’m dedicated to providing the knowledge and skills you need to power your future as a professional.
I was inspired to get involved with the workforce board as one career-shaping opportunity changed my life and gave me a great career. Now, I am able to help ensure that the foundation is there for others to get their chance as well.
One of the most significant challenges in workforce development is bridging the gap between available opportunities and the right candidates. This can require more than just posting a job; it demands a strategic effort to increase awareness as well as building the belief within individuals that these roles are attainable. Success often depends on providing the necessary support to navigate any obstacles that may prevent them from getting that opportunity.
I am a Training Director by trade; outdoorsman at heart. Fishing, mowing the yard, and playing with my dogs. Although my most favorite thing is quality time with Family and Friends.
